WHAT YOU'LL DOThis is a busy role where you'll have a variety of responsibilities supporting your team and also working alongside other Team Assistants to ensure timely completion of all tasks.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Inbox managementAssisting with monthly billing processes and reportingActing as the first point of contact for clientsMeeting management and document preparationTravel bookings (international and domestic)Supporting with opening new mattersManaging expenses and timesheetsArranging catering when needed WHO YOU AREWe're looking for candidates with previous Team Assistant experience within professional services, who is a team player and who can effectively build relationships across the wider business.
As the role is supporting on a broad variety of tasks, the role requires someone who is able to be flexible and both proactive and reactive in their approach!Essential requirements:1+ years previous administration assistant or team assistant experience in a professional services environmentStrong communication skills, written and verbalA positive attitudeFlexible and adaptable in your working styleAble to work under pressure and to deadlinesTiger is B Corp Certified.
