Job Opportunity: 1:1 Teaching Assistant Location: Kettering Rate: £85 per day Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm Start Date: ASAP Are you a calm, patient, and understanding professional with experience in primary education?
Teaching Personnel is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a Year 6 pupil who faces challenges with behavior and staying engaged in class.

About the Role: Position: 1:1 Teaching Assistant for Year 6 pupil with challenging behavior Location: Kettering (must be able to arrive by 8:30 am and stay until 3:30 pm) Start Date: Immediate start for the right candidate Pay: £85 per day, paid weekly through Teaching Personnel Role Requirements: Experience: Prior experience working 1:1 with primary-age students or in small group settings with children requiring additional support.
Skills: Calm, patient, and empathetic with a strong understanding of how to support children with behavioral needs.
Availability: Available for immediate start with commitment to the hours stated.
