About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students' academic and personal development.
Your role will involve assisting with lesson delivery, providing one-on-one or small group support, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
You will also help with behaviour management and create opportunities for all students to thrive.
Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide individual or small group support to students with additional needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support students' emotional and social development.
Help with classroom organisation and preparation of resources.
Collaborate with staff to ensure students' needs are met effectively.
About You: Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
