Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant, you will help make the school a welcoming and supportive place for students to learn.
You will work closely with teachers and staff to support students who need extra help.
This role gives you the chance to make a positive impact on students' learning and the school's achievements.
Position: Teaching Assistant  Location:  Reading   Salary Scale: £83-90  Contract Type: Full-time  Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant: Help with Lesson Planning: Assist teachers to create engaging and imaginative lessons to encourage student's interest.
Offer Individual Support: Provide help to one-to-one or small groups of students.
Build Positive Relationships: Develop supportive connections with students to boost their confidence and encourage participation.
Promote Positive Behaviour: Assist in managing behaviour to ensure a calm and productive classroom.
Work as a Team: Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience for all students.
