Position: Teaching Assistant Pay Rate:£85-90 per day Location: Plymouth Job type: Full time Start Date: Immediate or from January Randstad Education is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for the schools in Plymouth to work full time.
As a Teaching Assistant , you will have the privilege to cultivate a supportive and enriching learning environment, enabling all students to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

Enhanced Child DBS on the update service.
Relevant experience in UK schools.
Ability to provide 2 professional references Should have strong communication and empathetic skills.
Managing behaviour and supporting the class teacher What is expected?
Providing timely and relevant assistance in the classroom.
Creating an engaging and positive environment.
Look after a child's physical, social and emotional welfare.
Adapt teaching support according to student's needs.
Watch, record and report the progress that students make.
Safeguarding the children, engaging them in activities.
