Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: Tyldesley, Manchester (M29) Salary: £85 - £95 per day (depending on hours and break time) Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term Start Date: Immediate Reeson Education is collaborating with a vibrant primary school in Tyldesley, Manchester (M29), to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a diverse Year 2 class.
Key Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant: Provide tailored support to a dynamic Year 2 class, assisting with daily lessons and activities.
Collaborate with the class teacher to implement engaging and effective learning strategies.
Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that caters to the diverse needs of students.
Assist in the preparation of educational materials and resources.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience Required for the Teaching Assistant: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is essential.
Familiarity with the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
