Role Overview : Assist the teacher with lesson delivery and manage classroom activities.
Support small groups or individual students to enhance their learning.
Prepare materials and resources to aid in effective teaching.
Provide additional support for students with special educational needs (SEN).
Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
Essential Qualifications and Skills : Experience working with children is essential, in education is a plus, but not essential.
A genuine interest in supporting students' educational development.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different classroom needs.
Dedication to child welfare and personal growth.
Enhanced Child DBS - Or willingness to obtain one.
