Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: Dibden Park School, Southampton Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am Contract: Permanent, Term Time only Salary: Includes a £1,000 Welcome Bonus - £500 after one month and £500 after successful completion of final probation.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will connect directly with students we care for, helping them get the best from their education.
You'll help prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, with hands-on experience and supervision.
Supporting pupils with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs is rewarding work, with tremendous support offered by our experienced teams.
You'll have previous school experience, be adaptable, and ready to work in various classroom roles, indoors and outside according to individual need.
You may run classroom activities, lead outdoor experiences, or supervise pupils as they explore further afield.
