The school are on the lookout for dynamic and creative Teachers to join there dedicated team.
The school support approximately 35 pupils aged 11-16 years, on roll to ensure that they can provide ample opportunities for children who need a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment, specifically for those who will reintegrate back into a mainstream setting.
About you: Teachers – to hold, or be willing to work towards, QTS/QTLS Tutors – to have a degree or equivalent and be willing to work towards a teaching qualification. Proven track record of raising attainment, supporting behavioural challenges and demonstrating high levels of pastoral care. Enthusiastic about alternative education methodologies A commitment to holistic student development Ready to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives Directions This school is based in Northampton.
