The Successful Applicant A successful Tax Manager should have:
A degree in Accounting or Finance.
Professional certification in tax preferred (e.g.
CTA).
Proven experience in a tax manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of UK tax law and regulations in a regulated environment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
