Tax Manager

Overview: Take charge of the group's tax compliance and reporting across indirect (VAT, IPT), direct (corporation tax), and other taxes.
Collaborate with the financial accounting team for seamless tax processes and drive excellence in tax governance and strategy.

Your Role: Oversee tax compliance for the UK ensuring accurate and timely filings (corporation tax & VAT).
Ensure precise tax postings and reconciliations with the financial accounting team.
Lead on Pillar II readiness and establish robust tax processes and controls.
Support statutory tax reporting, including provisioning and deferred tax calculations.
Advise on day-to-day tax queries and lead on transfer pricing processes with the Head of Tax.
Collaborate on strategic initiatives, commercial decisions, and risk management.
Represent the Head of Tax when required.
Skills & Qualifications: Strong technical tax knowledge including OECD BEPS/Transfer Pricing rules.
In-house tax experience (preferred).
Proficiency in Excel, tax research, problem-solving, and delivering under pressure.
ACA/ACCA or relevant tax qualification.
