TOM / Change Business Analyst - Organisational & People Change Initial 6 months Contract position Client: Pensions / Investments Location: Central London or Bristol Day rate 700-850/day Inside IR35 Work from home - Come to the office when needed for meetings etc.
Come and join our global Pensions & Investment firm and help with their Organisational & People Change, on the finance modernisation program.
The specific need for this contract is that you have Organisational & People Change experience as a BA and having extensive Target Operating Model (TOM) experience is a must!
Experience needed: Organisational & People Change Target Operating Model (TOM) Agile Change Management Extensive stakeholder management Experience facilitating workshops The roles can be based anywhere in the UK but you must be able to get to the London or Bristol office when needed, for Town Halls/meetings etc.
