Talent Sourcer Glasgow (flexible working) Full Time, 6 month FTC £27,000 + benefits Iconic Resourcing HR are working with one of our keys clients to hire a Talent Sourcer to join on a 6 month FTC basis initially, however with potential for the role to become permanent.
Duties will include: Proactively source and build talent pools for specific candidate groups, based on skills, locations and levels of responsibility, for both active and passive candidates Use a wide range of tools to source in the external market such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media Write adverts and social media posts to attract and engage candidates Manage and maintain data bases/ talent pools to ensure candidates are engaged Create content and collateral to share with talent pools/ data bases Complete market mapping for key roles, identifying competitors and similar skills sets Complete initial screening of applicants to support specific roles or campaigns and to build the talent pool Support Assessment / Interview days/ careers fairs throughout UK and Ireland where required Continually & proactively look for innovative ways to source & engage talent to join the business using innovative and progressive ideas Increase your external and internal network to enable you to widen your expertise and keep up to date with new innovations and market trends We are seeking applications for candidates who are: Skilled in all aspects of attraction, sourcing recruitment and selection Thrive in fast paced, changeable environment Ability to build relationships/rapport quickly Work well with multiple priorities and can be agile Skilled in screening/conducting interviews Strong communication skills Able to work to deadlines and be able to prioritise workloads Excellent attention to detail as will be working with many different roles at the same time To apply for this role, please send your CV or contact Gemma Gault at Iconic Resourcing for a confidential chat and further details.
