Job Description We are looking for some extraordinary person who can be valued partners and advisors to our clients and candidates in healthcare.
The role at one level is straightforward with lots of opportunities to add value, solve problems, and learn new skills, and take on more responsibilities:- To provide clients and candidates with a fantastic experience that they want to tell others about To be "top of the league" and hence a role model in SD's delivery measures e.g.
offer acceptance, right first time, time to fill, customer experience etc.
but NOT sales calls/presentations/wins – we leave that to our very talented Business Growth Team – the "ying" to the Delivery Team's "yang" To manage the recruitment of critical roles for our clients within the world of healthcare We would welcome candidates who come from an agency or in-house background as long as they can bring something new and exciting to the team!
We're open to location, too – there's a slight preference for someone based in Glasgow, but if the ideal candidate is based somewhere in the UK, we would certainly consider this!
