The Requirements A proven track record within a fresh food operation.
A proven track record with leading a team.
A Senior Sous Chef with a background in hotels or quality restaurants The Senior Sous Chef will have an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures Good literacy skills, verbal written and spoken A team player who leads from the front.
