We're pleased to be adding an additional Talent Advisor into our Internal Recruitment team, to lead & deliver on daily recruitment activities for the business, including projects to improve our ways of working. What will the role look like: This is an exciting time to join us as we continue to grow our business, and ensure we introduce the best talent to the business across our locations throughout the UK. Within this role you will be collaborating with our wider HR Team, whilst being an expert in Internal Talent Acquisition.
As Talent Advisor, you'll get to:
Manage the full recruitment process with the focus on delivering an excellent candidate journey. Work directly with Hiring Managers in the business to truly understand their needs and unique role requirements. Create comprehensive job descriptions and adverts, which reflect our business and standards we work to. Be at the forefront of Hiring Manager development, by delivering 1 to1 coaching and classroom training sessions. Champion Competency-Based interview techniques, helping to embed this approach across the business and ensuring high quality interviews take place in our search for top talent. Network to attract potential candidates on various platforms, ensuring we are in a competitive position to attract talented individuals. Support the development and use of our ATS system, making changes to streamline the process for recruitment, Hiring Managers, and candidates. What are we looking for: Knowledge of recruitment best practice principles and procedures and previous experience of recruiting in a busy, high-pressured internal recruitment / HR department. Professional and confident with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to form effective relationships with people at all levels and to communicate well over the telephone, face to face and in writing. Excellent attention to detail. Strong planning and organising skills, diary management experience. Strong IT skills and experience of using databases. Highly collaborative and always seeking to improve. Flexible with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities, effectively managing expectations when required. A positive, proactive approach to resolving situations, using own initiative where appropriate. Good time management skills, able to manage changing priorities.
