Closing Date2024-12-11Talent Acquisition PartnerFTC 12 MonthsWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to assist with recruitment in our IT and ICA (Instrumentation, Controls, and Automation) departments.
This role requires someone with experience in filling high-volume internal positions.
The successful candidate will also need to travel across the region to meet and support stakeholders.Managing oversight of all vacancies in a specific business area(s) and direct handling of vacancies.CV ScreeningWriting job advertisingInterview coordination/Appointment bookingCandidate communicationVISA sponsorship administrationUnderstanding current and future recruitment requirements of business area(s), formulating strategies to attract talent by consulting with the business leaders in that area.Working with the early careers team to look a skill set shortages.Proactively identifying pools of talent and coordinating ongoing communication with these talent pools in-line with the employer brand principles and workforce planning demands.
Proactively sourcing candidates for hard to fill roles.Driving the generation of creative recruitment campaigns with our managed service provider in line with business area(s) need and workforce planning requirements.
Reporting source tracking and ROI per campaign.Manage bespoke projects to drive attraction – e.g., apprenticeships, graduates, careers fairs, referral scheme etc.Support and engage with our equality, diversity and inclusion strategy and activities.
All employees should demonstrate positive, inclusive behaviours to Leading in driving management capability around recruitment as part of our leadership academy, lending SME input to training sessions and/or leading/supporting in interviewing in conjunction with line managers.
Skills & CompetenciesTalent pooling and candidate management experience in an in-house recruitment function or 360 agency setting.
Knowledge in a core business area – I.T., Engineering, Experience in managing recruitment Workday ATSExperience of working with a managed service provider.Experience of recruitment marketing, job board and campaign management.
LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
Strong stakeholder managementEssentialPrior experience in a talent acquisition or business partner position.
DesirableREC or CIPD
