Talent Acquisition Specialist - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) team in the UK.
In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and department leaders to develop and execute strategies to source, engage, and hire top professional talent across the country and beyond.
Your responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for all professional positions, from initial outreach to interview and final offer.
Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn, Workday, and Loop to build and manage unique candidate pipelines.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, obsessing over every detail to create a magical journey.
Data Management: Maintain data integrity, proactively share updates with all stakeholders, and use insights to continuously improve the recruiting process.
Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.
Attention to Detail: Execute detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy.
About you: Experience: You have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing and pipeline management.
Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS) - (Workday knowledge is a bonus), data management/reporting tools, and workplace collaboration tools.
Partnership Skills: You are enthusiastic and confident in partnering with hiring managers and leaders to develop and support an exceptional interview process.
Passion for Innovation: You have a strong passion for leveraging technology and innovation to drive recruitment efficiency and secure high-quality hires.
Our benefits: Salary between 34,000 - 40,000gbp pro rata depending on experience.
