We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, energetic, and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing HR department.
What You Will Do Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.Develop and implement effective global recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication.Track and report key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our recruitment processes.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 4 years of experience in global recruitment within the insurance industry.Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices.Preferred Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, with particular expertise in Workable and Paylocity being a valuable asset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and manage international recruitment processes.Benefits A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability, all paid at 100% for employees.Competitive compensation.Training and mentorship opportunities.Educational, Wellness, and Parking stipends.An environment where your opinion is not only heard but crucial to our teams' success.A multitude of growth opportunities.
