Talent Acquisition Partner (Fully Remote)

You will be working for a well established engineering firm in London.

This role will operate on a fully remote basis so can be worked anywhere in the UK.
Your new role
You will be working as a Talent Acquisition Partner for an initial 12 month contract.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be seen within the business as the subject matter expert within this field, therefore you must have a strong drive to recruit experienced and qualified candidates across varying levels of the organisation, working in tandem with our Hiring Community to ensure we provide a robust, effective and quality hiring process. Using your prior TA and recruitment knowledge you will provide a consultative approach to hiring across your various operational stakeholders, which could range from corporate functions, manufacturing departments and engineering specialisms.
This role is open to agency recruiters or someone with an in-house recruitment background.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a recruitment role whether that be from agency or in-house. Ideally you will have experience recruiting for engineering type roles however this is not essential.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive up to an annual salary of £50,000 with a £5000 bonus.
