The Role Surbana Jurong is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead, AECA region (Americas, Europe, and Central Asia), a dynamic market which continues to undergo growth.
This growth reflects the substantial opportunities across our Buildings & Cities, Infrastructure & Energy, and Integrated Solutions business lines, positioning the region as a significant driver of our global success.
While the AECA region is expansive, the team is small, requiring a hands-on approach to manage the nuances of recruitment across multiple markets/regions.
The Talent Acquisition Lead will partner with regional leadership to shape and execute recruitment strategies, oversee day-to-day talent activities, and address resourcing needs.
Key responsibilities include conducting market trend analysis, talent mapping, candidate selection, and assessing recruitment performance metrics.
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment and talent strategies that align with organisational goals and executive priorities.
You will research key issues, create solutions for strategic recruitment challenges, and collaborate with other People & Culture experts (eg.
L&D, People Experience, etc.)
to provide counsel and ensure alignment is had with our organisational policies and practices.
An ideal candidate, you will have: Extensive experience as a specialist Talent Acquisition Lead within the professional services industry.
Ability to establish and maintain internal stakeholder relationships with a proven ability to develop trust and deliver good outcomes.
Strong track record in driving a Talent Acquisition function in a regional, multi-country setting with a diverse team.
High level communication skills, including navigating and resolving complex commercial, technical and people matters.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and market trends.
