Job TitleTraining & Competence Supervision Manager - CISI Level 4Role Overview & PurposeLeading a small team of Training & Competence supervisors and analysts, each covering several locations across the UK, you will deliver the Training & Competence Scheme to our Investment Managers.The company offer a very flexible hybrid working policy with the role being split between home and office based with their main head office located conveniently in central Leeds.Role responsibilities.Regular assessment of our Investment Managers to ensure they maintain competence in all key areas.Supervising new and existing Investment Managers as required.Identifying areas of improvement, setting in place and monitoring Development Plans.Contributing to the annual Certification processThis role requires a strong, experienced leader who takes pride in getting the best out of people and supporting colleagues to continually strive for the very best client outcomes.Personal Attributes & ExperienceHolds CISI level 4 (IAD) or higher.Significant experience within financial services.Experience of Training and Competence within Investment Management/Wealth Management.Supervisory experience.Passion for getting the best out of people.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Please note, should feedback not be received within 28 days due to the large volume of applications, unfortunately, your application has been unsuccessful.
