As a skilled Sustainability professional you will serve an instrumental role across their responsible investment and corporate sustainability commitments.
This is a meaningfully positioned opportunity to be directly involved with portfolio companies, investment strategies, and group level Sustainability.
THE ROLE: A professional with experience in ESG/Sustainability (either within or consulting to Private Debt/ Private Equity/Asset Management firms) will be suitably aligned to the requirements of the role.
Your responsibilities extend to: ESG due-diligence for investment opportunities, in support of identifying material risks and opportunities ESG monitoring for portfolio companies, risk management (for ESG) and ESG reporting (for internal and external stakeholders) Designing and monitoring sustainability-linked margin ratchets Supporting the group's responsible investment policies in association with regulatory standards Assisting with the development and enhancement of responsible investment practices Managing responses to investor DDQs, investor templates, presentations, and ad hoc investor requests Supporting the enhancement of group level corporate sustainability agenda and corporate Sustainability reporting THE REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated understanding of ESG frameworks, metrics, and reporting standards (e.g., PRI, SFDR, TCFD, UN SDGs) and experience applying these within Private Debt/Equity or Asset Management Competent research, analytical, and quantitative skills in support of assessing ESG risks and opportunities and providing quantitative and qualitative insights Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in support of reporting and stakeholder material People centric with the appreciation of working in a diverse team and managing both internal and external stakeholders
