Role: Interim Valuation Surveyor Organisation: London Local Authority
Length: 3 month initially
Day Rate: £400 umbrella
The post holder will:
Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first-class delivery of property asset valuations
Undertake the Council's valuation requirements including general valuation advice, development site valuations, Asset Valuations and any other valuations as required
Undertake unaccompanied site visits of residential sites
Handle and respond to finance and audit enquiries relating to asset valuations
Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and support other team members
Essential:
~ Current valid UK driving license and willingness to drive – If you don't have access to a vehicle, a pool car will be provided for work purposes
~ RICS Membership / RICS Registered Valuer
Desirable:
Public Sector experience as a valuer
