Surveyor (High-Speed Construction Project)

Protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technician services ( www.protecnium.com/en ).
We are currently looking for a Surveyor to join our team for high-speed project in Brackley, UK.
Estimated duration of the position: 30 months contract collaborating with the client.
Once the project ends, we aim to place the employee in other projects to ensure continuity.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day Key Responsibilities Survey Supervision : Lead land survey operations, establishing boundary definitions, gradient measurements, and layout alignment.
Earthworks Control : Monitor excavation, filling, and compaction processes to ensure alignment with design specifications and standards.
Technical Collaboration : Work closely with design and construction engineers to adjust survey data as needed, preventing potential deviations.
Advanced Technology Utilization : Use advanced survey tools (e.g., total stations, GPS) and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) to generate digital models, calculate volumes, and verify data accuracy.
Team Management : Supervise junior surveyors, ensuring that all survey tasks meet safety and quality standards; provide ongoing training and support.
Documentation and Reporting : Generate detailed reports on project progress, document any variances, and recommend adjustments to align with site conditions.
Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 3 years in surveying, within large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
English (C1 level required) and UK work permit.
Advanced knowledge of survey equipment and software (e.g., total stations, GPS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Proven ability to supervise teams effectively and uphold high standards of safety and quality.
