Architectural Technician

Architectural Technician - Architect - Salary circa £40,000 - Northamptonshire Your new company   You will be joining a well established architectural firm that has a number of offices throughout the UK and employs well over 50 people.
This company operates on a very busy and varied portfolio, with projects in the industrial and commercial, education, residential, sports, leisure, arts, science and research and healthcare sectors.
They are looking for a talented Architectural Technician that can come in and hit the ground running.
Your new role   Create detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Use software tools like AutoCAD and Revit to produce accurate and precise drawings.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Incorporate safety measures, accessibility requirements, and environmental considerations.
Collaborate with architects during design development.
Attend site visits to assess progress and address technical issues.
What you'll need to succeed   Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
