We're looking for compassionate and reliable Night Support Workers to join our team and provide essential care to those who need it most.
This is a permanent position in and around the Lancaster area.
This role offers a competitive pay rate, reflecting your experience and expertise.
You'll be the rock for our young people, supporting them in their day-to-day lives, helping them with independent living skills, and creating a happy and welcoming environment.

Funding for Qualifications: If you don't have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, they'll pay for you to study!
