You will support these individuals in their day to day lives, with social support, medication administration and managing their home.
You will also support them to do the things they love, which include cycling, swimming, bowling, gaming, listening to music, spending time with family, reading and many other activities.
The shift pattern is generally from 8am/9am - 9pm and we also provide some 2:1 support from Sunday - Friday from 11am - 3pm.
This service also provides overnight support so we have sleepover shifts from 9pm - 8am and all staff would be required to work a share of the sleepovers.Candidates with a full UK driving license would be ideal as we have use a household vehicles.
