We have amazing opportunities for Support Workers at our Woodland Court based in Caterham Woodland Court is made up of 26 one bedroom and two-bedroom flats spread over four floors.
The flats are spacious and furnished to a high specification with well equipped kitchens and a living/dining area.
Each flat is equipped with a call point system so that support can be called for at the touch of a button.
Our person-led approach is driven through bespoke support plans and outcomes for people.
Where required, our ethos of delivering support through the fundamental principles of Positive Behaviour Support is also in place.
The primary aim of our PBS framework to improve our residents' quality of life.
What you'll be working: Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.
Part time hours.
20-36 hours per week.
What you'll be doing: Supporting our clients with daily activities Supporting their care plans to establish routine Ensure the client feels safe, and stable within their day to day care Personal Care Administrating medication (if required) Active Care Group is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
However due to the nature of the position there is a Genuine Occupational Requirement to recruit female Personal Healthcare Assistants.
What you'll have: Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
