Please note: We are unable to assist with sponsorshipAurora Hyde lodgeBased in Westbury Park, we make a difference to the lives of 7-8 vulnerable adults by providing a homely supported living and learning environment for young adults aged + with severe and complex learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.Your roleAs one of our support workers you'll be supporting our young people with all aspects of their supported living (including personal care) and supporting them in a wide range of learning, development and social activities including arts and crafts, cookery, music, gardening, swimming, shopping trips and fun social occasions.We offer and pay for training and give you the opportunity to develop your career.

Successful candidate are likely to demonstrate: Previous care experienceThe ability to work to a rota pattern that includes working every other weekendThe role will require driving and therefore candidate's need to hold a full UK driving licence (2+ years).
