Make a positive difference in someone's life, by joining The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, and helping support the people who need it most in our communities!We are looking to recruit full-time waken night responder to join our Inverness service.Shifts are usually from 22:00 to 08:00 39 hours per week.4 on 3 offWe support over individuals with a variety of needs, some may have physical and/or learning disabilities and Mental Health some with limited verbal communication and some with challenging behaviour.You will be provided with full training by our excellent and award-winning learning & development team prior to starting.
This training initially consists of classroom-based sessions and e-learning as well as the opportunity to shadow current Support Practitioners in their day-to-day role and meet the people you will be supporting.About the Role:Your responsibilities as a Support Practitioner could include:To provide support overnight to an identified group of people with learning disabilities/autism/mental health diagnosis, to ensure their safety and well being.
