Are you a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking to make a positive impact on young students?
We are seeking a passionate individual to join our supportive team at a 'Good' Ofsted-rated Primary School in the Slough area, starting in January 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and small group support for students, particularly in relation to Pupil Premium initiatives.
• Develop tailored strategies to help students overcome learning difficulties.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across subjects.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and contribute to the school's monitoring processes.
• Offer personalized support to children with additional needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or in a similar role within an educational setting is desirable.
• A passion for supporting children's academic and personal development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team or independently.
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards challenges.
• Experience working with SEN (Special Educational Needs) children is an asset.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• HTLA or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Relevant qualifications in Teaching Assistance or Education are advantageous.
