Supply Chain And Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain & Quality Control Manager to oversee critical operational functions and drive excellence across global supply chain processes.
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead a team, manage complex supplier relationships, and implement improvements that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Critical Path Management : Oversee all stages to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
Team Leadership : Manage, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with company objectives.
Quality Oversight : Conduct pre-production and mass production checks, book and lead inspections, and resolve quality issues effectively.
Supplier Management : Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, driving better outcomes for quality, pricing, and deadlines.
Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies, implement system enhancements, and address recurring issues.
Shipping & Logistics : Coordinate bookings, track shipments, and ensure all documentation is in order.
Reporting & Analysis : Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management on supply chain performance.
Stock Replenishment : Ensure timely replenishment of top-selling products to meet demand.
About You: Proven experience in Supply Chain, Buying, or Merchandising .
Strong project management skills, including critical path analysis .
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities .
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills , particularly with overseas suppliers.
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.
Flexibility to work across global time zones when needed.
