To continue our growth, we are now looking for a passionate Supervisor to lead our team at our luxury Alderley Edge boutique.
Job Description Ongoing Responsibilities: Drive the commercial performance of the boutique on a day to day basis whilst leading the team to deliver an exceptional service Oversee and exceute all operational responsibilites related to running the store Build an engaged and loyal customer base Connect directly with clients to inspire fashion styling, receive inquiries and sell desired items Create and maintain customer profiles via Flannels' clienteling tool Build and own a personal client book Research, source and find products to satisfy clients' requests and needs Monitor correspondence and ensure prompt response to all enquiries Contribute and assist in Personal Shopping / Stylist / Social Media & Marketing team events Work closely with the internal departments that improve the overall customer journey and feedback on client trends Ensure timely outreach to all clients Act at all times as an advocate of Flannels, ensuring company philosophy is at the heart of all interactions with clients and extends across business internally Achieve yearly targets and KPIs Qualifications Qualifications and Experience: Fashion or Marketing degree, or a previous role in the luxury consumer retail sector ideally in customer service roles (as a plus) Background in a retail leadership management role Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English both written and spoken) along with excellent customer service, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a personal shopping/styling role is desired Deep product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market and high net worth client base Strong work ethic and natural ability to think outside the box and problem solve to strict deadlines An eye for detail and outstanding organisational skills are essential Hyper-interest in global fashion trends and the luxury market Proficient in MS office, including, Word, Excel, CMS, CRM & Clienteling system Please note this is a store based role, based at our Alderly Edge location, 5 days over 7, which will include a variety of working hours including evenings and weekend work.
