The successful candidate will be the initial point of contact for day-to-day guidance and support for students within a defined year group.

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership in the area of student support, working with colleagues to ensure high standards of behaviour and attitudes across the school.
Plan and manage a co-ordinated pastoral support programme for students and their families.
Develop and implement initiatives to support student well-being, resilience, and academic progress.
Organise and Lead TAF Meetings for students and attend case reviews as required.
Collaborate with the school attendance officer and heads of section to identify students requiring intervention to improve attendance.
Collaborate with the Assistant Headteacher, teaching staff, and external agencies to ensure appropriate interventions for students.
