Applications are invited for the post of Student Services Administrator to join our dedicated Global & MBA Programmes Student Support Team at Alliance Manchester Business School.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a high-quality experience for our diverse student body, providing administrative and pastoral support for our students.
With a focus on engagement, welfare, and continuous improvement, you will coordinate a range of activities, including first-line contact with students, supporting induction, mitigating circumstances processes, updating student schedules and promoting student engagement.
You will also work closely with key stakeholders in the wider Global & MBA team to deliver an inclusive and supportive environment.
This dynamic role requires a proactive, flexible approach and the ability to adapt to the unique challenges of supporting both full-time and blended learning students.
Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, alongside a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
