The RoleWe are seeking experienced Student Records, Data & Returns Officer to join our Student Records Team at Kingston University.The role will have primary responsibility for administration of student loan reconciliation for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
This includes maintenance of the database, scrutinising student's attendance, withdrawals, transfers, suspensions, and academic history.
This will also include the monitoring of students' maintenance payments and grants as well as assisting with the processing of bursaries, ensuring they are released in a timely manner.
The role is also responsible for collating data from faculties to ensure teaching courses are setup on the Student Loan Company (SLC) database (Course Management Services) with accurate term dates and fees in line with the Admission's cycle.
