Responsibilities: As a Student Engagement Supervisor , you will: Supervise students during lessons and unstructured times, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
Encourage positive behaviours and engagement with learning activities.
Support students to overcome barriers to learning and promote their personal development.
Build strong relationships with students, acting as a role model and mentor.
Assist with classroom management and ensure smooth lesson transitions.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance student engagement and participation.
Requirements: As a Student Engagement Supervisor , you will need: Experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and staff.
A confident and proactive approach to managing student behaviour.
The ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations.
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one.
