Street Cleansing Operative Temporary Contract* £12.59 per hour PAYE Immediate Start Closing Date: Monday 25th November 2024 Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Uttlesford District Council in recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Operative on a temporary basis.
As a Street Cleansing Operative, until March 2025, you will join a dedicated team in maintaining and improving public spaces and scenery in the Borough.
Your responsibilities will be but not limited to – Road Sweeping Litter Picking Emptying Waste/Dog Waste Bins Following Health & Safety policies The essential experience you will bring – A good level of English, reading and writing Full, UK Licence with experience in driving a 3.5t vehicle Desirable Experience: Working in outside spaces A good level of English, reading and writing Full, UK Licence with experience in driving a 3.5t vehicle Full training and the opportunity for further learning will be provided for the right candidate.
