Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist

I am recruiting for a UK leading private sector Organisation in their search for a Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist.
£80k + package 2/3 days p/w in office consulting background welcome The Organisation are going through company wide transformation, a new organsaition design and are building an in-house SWP capability to manage the change.
As a Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist, you will work with the Director of SWP and design methodologies to identify and develop high-potential talent, bridging organisational gaps and enhancing it's capabilities.
Working closely with the leadership teams, your strategic input will drive the future talent planning.
