We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives for flexible packaging.

Position Overview: Focusing solely on flexible packaging, this role will manage a significant category spend, implementing strategies that focus on value creation, supply security, and sustainability.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance, to deliver impactful results.
Your expertise in flexible packaging will be instrumental in identifying and delivering cost savings, efficiency improvements, and sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities Include: Developing and executing sourcing strategies.
Managing the RFI/RFP/e-Auction process.
Conducting complex data analysis and financial modeling.
Negotiating with suppliers and managing relationships.
Leading change management initiatives.
Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Business or related field.
Previous procurement experience It is essential you have flexible packaging sourcing experience Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience with commodity markets and price mitigation strategies.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results.
