Elekta, a global leader in radiotherapy solutions, is seeking a talented Strategic Project Lead to help drive and oversee key initiatives across our full Product and Design function.
In this dynamic and multi-faceted role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to business-critical activities. Your responsibilities will span initiatives such as strategy and roadmapping, key customer management, monthly steering committees, and quarterly product reviews. The role is pivotal for the team and requires you to be organized, data-driven, and self-motivated.
You will be reporting to the SVP & Head of Product & Design - Linac & Software Solutions.
We have a hybrid setup where employees are expected to work from our CRAWLEY office 3 days per week.
What you'll do at Elekta Provide oversight and governance for strategy and roadmap documents. Maintain alignment and consistency across the team. Manage key customers, working collaboratively with the Product Management team. Prepare and attend quarterly review meetings, report progress, and drive actions. Ensure readiness for monthly steering committees and quarterly product reviews. Generate clear and concise reports. Monitor and drive actions. Maintain transparent communication with key stakeholders. Drive alignment and understanding of strategic initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve and enhance Product Management approaches. The right stuff Persistent and persuasive behavior to own and drive cross-functional initiatives. Collaborative mindset, ability to act without formal authority across functions. Excellent skills in verbal and written communication in English. What you bring A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, and a Masters is preferred. At least 2 years of Radiation Therapy industry experience or equivalent is mandatory. Product, market, and customer knowledge of Radiation Therapy. Proven track record in the medical device industry with strong business acumen. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand and convey complex technical solutions that combine hardware, electronics, and software. Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
