Salary Package / Benefits: Competitive Annual Salary - £65,000 - £80,000 (DOE) Based near Worthing / Littlehampton Essential Skills / Experience: Electronics / Electrical Manufacturing experience Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management in a similar environment Associates degree in Electronics Technology (or equivalent) plus 7+ years experience in a high-tech engineering environment Key Responsibilities: You will be pivotal in planning, leading, and executing engineering projects.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams locally and globally to meet project schedules and ensure successful project completion from inception to conclusion.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing project budgets, which can exceed $1 million, and coordinating efforts across various functional departments and senior management.
Manage multiple concurrent product development and sustaining projects.
Provide leadership, technical direction, and mentoring to local and global teams, including contractors.
Set goals and objectives for direct reports and assess performance.
