The Strategic Key Accounts Executive is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy and presents an outstanding opportunity to work on strategic sales cycles with a customer base representing the largest organizations in the Nordics.


As part of Miro's strategic sales team, you will have the opportunity to develop, strategize, negotiate and close business with some of the largest companies. In this role you will partner closely with Customer Success, Sales Development and New Logo teams.
About the RoleAs a Strategic Key Accounts Executive you are responsible for managing a portfolio of the largest Nordics customers. You will lead a cross functional account team and set the account strategy and operating plan to achieve your expansion goals and long term customer success.
In this role, you will think big and strategically about how we align to and accelerate customers' strategic change programmes.
What you'll doCombine the interests of multiple client stakeholders to drive account revenue growthStrategic account planning to motivate and lead company resources in appropriate expansion strategiesBreak into new personas and lines of business to drive incremental use casesBe a key component in ensuring we have accurate data in our CRM to drive the strategy for our future growthAchieve monthly/quarterly quotas of pipeline and closed businessWhat you'll need6+ years of sales experience within the Nordics region enterprise market, including experience with SaaSStrong account expansion skills (new business, strategic territory & account planning, cross functional team-selling)Proven track record of exceeding sales quotasExcellent verbal and written communication skillsYou have the ability to build rapport and relationships with senior clientsYou have a great attitude that can manoeuvre through ambiguity and ability to work and collaborate with a growing teamYou are a results-oriented individual who is excited by the prospect of fuelling the continued growth and success of Miro by growing our sales pipeline.
