Role Overview: As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of executing our marketing strategy across multiple channels, including Social Media, SEO, SEA, Direct Marketing, Lead Generation, and Content Marketing.
In this role, you will spearhead marketing initiatives for digital courses and diagnostics, with a focus on growing customer acquisition and engagement throughout the customer journey.
You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content, running paid social campaigns, and fostering community engagement across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
SEO & SEA Strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO improvements to boost organic traffic.
Oversee PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other search platforms, optimising for conversions and ROAS.
Direct Marketing & Email Campaigns: Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, personalising content to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
Manage databases and track metrics to assess campaign success.
Lead Generation & CRM Integration: Develop lead capture strategies, create effective landing pages, and integrate CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Content Marketing: Lead the creation and distribution of high-quality content (blog posts, articles, videos) that resonates with our target audience.
Ensure content is SEO-optimised and aligns with our overall marketing strategy.
Marketing Digital Courses & Diagnostics: Oversee the promotion of digital courses and diagnostics through targeted campaigns, including course sales page optimisation, webinar marketing, and affiliate management.
Run diagnostics on marketing performance to continuously refine and improve strategies.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and CRM data to inform strategy adjustments and optimise marketing efforts.
