Stores Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Alpine F1 Team as a Stores Manager.
Become a vital part of our Production team and contribute to our success in the Formula 1 championship.
The Role Key responsibilities include: Managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of all parts and materials.
Maintaining accurate inventory records and optimising stock levels.
Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely availability of required parts.
Implementing and maintaining inventory management systems and processes.
Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the storage and handling of materials.
Conducting regular audits and stock checks to verify inventory accuracy.
Overseeing the packing and shipping of parts to race locations and other destinations.
Managing a team of storekeepers and warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
Liaising with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
Preparing and presenting inventory reports to management.
The Person Excellent organisational and time management skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team management, ability to motivate and develop staff, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software, understanding of F1 car components and materials, knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
Proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and decision-making abilities, high level of integrity and reliability, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands, passionate about motorsport and committed to supporting the team's success.
