Manage financial performance to achieve or exceed budgeted profit targets.
Control costs, monitor financial trends, and manage wages in line with sales.
Achieve or exceed gross profit margins.
Address customer complaints promptly and proactively develop plans to prevent future issues.
Recognize and respond to underperformance effectively.
Utilize company and brand training tools to develop both yourself and your team.
Ensure timely completion of performance reviews and manage recruitment and vacancies effectively.
