The Role / Responsibilities: As a Staff Engineer, you will lead the frontend function to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications. Ensure best practices, adopt new technologies, and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Guide the team, make architectural decisions, and collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers.Code Quality: Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and implement automated testing.Innovation: Stay updated with trends, improve processes, and integrate new tools.Project Management: Plan and manage projects, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to product strategy.User Experience: Ensure interfaces are intuitive, responsive, and accessible, working closely with UX/UI designers.Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced software development environment.Preferable, but not mandatory: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.Ability to develop software in TypeScript, Python, Rust, or other programming languages.Extensive experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of enterprise web applications.Ability to design maintainable APIs.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.Strong understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.Experience with automated testing frameworks and continuous integration.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.#LIHybrid
