What you will do: With supervision and in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, the post holder will be responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care working within the professional standards held in the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
You will be committed to providing Person Centred Care along with promoting the values of NHS Ayrshire and Arran.
