As a Registered Nurse, you will: - Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
- Develop and utilise complex decision-making and collaborative skills.
- Support residents in making life-changing decisions.
- Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Act as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
- Ensure effective communication and professional behaviour.
- Recognise and report signs of abuse, harm, or neglect.
The ideal Registered Nurse will: - Hold a valid NMC Pin number.
- Have a passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advocate for person-centred care.
- Be vigilant in recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns.
